Shipments of products purchased from VOLTED Pro Moto are managed and fulfilled by multiple recognized processing and distribution companies strategically located in Vancouver British Columbia, Ontario Canada, Murrieta California, Dayton Ohio. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days (after payments are fully approved). Due to current COVID related technicalities please be advised that shipping dates/times may be affected during this period. We try our best to advise customers if there is any delays or congestions in fulfilment or shipping.

Transit Times:

Transit times are calculated based on when item gets pickup from our fulfillment facilities. Transit time is only an estimate based on recent shipping data from multiple carriers. actual time may vary by 1 or 2 days depending on congestions and time in the year.

Average Transit time in Canada is 2 to 6 Business days in Urban areas. Rural areas may be up to 15 days.

Average Transit Time in USA is 1 to 6 Business days. Rural areas may be up to 12 days. 

Free Shipping Conditions:

• *Only main products under 100 lbs (volumetric of actual wight which ever is higher) will automatically qualify for free shipping regardless of order value.
• Free shipping is only applied to new products or on any parts or accessories when purchased together with main products in the same order.
• Replacement parts and accessories when purchased separately are excluded from the free shipping unless parts /accessories order total before taxes is US$150 or more.
• Free Shipping Zones include all 10 Provinces across Canada and 48 states in USA.
• All Free Shipping are Ground / Regular Shipping's due to battery inside them. We are unable to ship express at this time due to the nature or products.
• Only Parts / Accessories without batteries qualify for express shipping. However, any express shipping cost is not covered under free shipping.

Heavy Shipments:

• Products over 100 lbs will be shipped via special arrangement by trucking companies or special courier which may require some extra time to make arrangements and discuss cost with our customers prior to shipping.
• Due to some technicalities if our online system unable to get on spot quote for heavy shipment over 100lbs system may still show free shipping. This is rare occurrence but if it does happen we will reach out to you to discuss subsidized shipping rates. We will always try to help as much as we can to either share or cover major portion of the costs in these occurrences.

Courier Companies:

• All our products are arranged by only reputed courier services such as UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Central courier, Blue Dart, Lone Star, TNT, Canpar, Loomis etc.
• We do not use any postal services and unable to ship to postal codes.
• We may choose any courier service depending on cost, transit time or availability unless other wise specially instructed by customer or if shipping is specifically paid for the selected courier.
• All LTL or Truck deliveries are also done via reputable brokers.
• All courier shipments require authorized signatures as a proof of delivery.

Disclaimer about Loss, Theft, Damage:

• VOLTED Pro Moto, at no time assumes risk outside of our control such as lost shipments, stolen shipments, delayed deliveries. All shipments when picked up by the carriers are considered as chain of custody has transferred to 3rd party leaving limited control to VOLTED Pro Moto. However, in any unforeseen circumstances such as above we will always try to investigate, do our due diligence and do what ever it takes to help out customers. We just want you to be aware of the facts and limited control once shipments leave our fulfilment faculties.
• All claims decision related to shipping issues once items are pickup from our facilities are done by carrier companies and are considered final.
• We strongly recommend, If you want to insure your package from loss or damage, we recommend purchasing the shipping insurance option provided by Route.com at checkout. Please note if you do not purchase this optional shipping insurance protection at checkout your package will not be insured throughout the shipping process and any losses or damages occurred during shipping, or theft will not be recoverable.
• If you have shipping insurance or purchase protection as part of your credit card holder agreement. Please refer to your credit card holder agreement for details and contact your card holder in any of the above loss situations.
