Refund policy

FREE* RETURNS: Volted is gladly able to do FREE return and 100% Refund on items within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of delivery if its a Pre-ordered item. Proof of purchase or order details are required for verification purpose at return. 

FREE* EXCHANGES: We understand things always don't turn out to be what's expected. We offer FREE and FAST Exchange to ensure you get what you want. You must return the original item as long as it is unused. Once the return is accepted, you will be able to purchase your new item(s).

To request Refund or to Return product please contact us or send us an email at hello@volted.shop. If your return request meets policy requirements and it is accepted, we’ll coordinate return process with you and will create RMA. We are able to send a charged return shipping label (cost to be deducted from refund), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return RMA will not be accepted.

FREE Return (Exchange) Conditions:  

  • *To be eligible for a FREE Return / Exchange and 100% refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with box and its original packaging.
  • Free return is not possible if item is opened and 10% restocking fees deduction will apply for all opened boxes as long as products are unused. If you are considering Exchange with similar value item we will be able to wave this fee or portion of the fee to maintain valued customer relationship.
  • Once Items are used, no returns / exchange / refunds are accepted.
  • Shipping costs are not covered for returns / refunds and in the event shipping labels are provided by Volted, reasonable cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you are considering Exchange with similar value item(s) we will be able to wave return shipping cost or reduce the cost to maintain valued customer relationship.

Order Cancelations:

  • At Volted, we understand situations changes. If you would like to cancel your stock order or pre-order before it is shipped out to you, you still qualify for FREE return / refund policy (minus any merchant fee deductions if applicable).
  • Once items has shipped out to you and it is in TRANSIT, unfortunately we are unable to Return / Refund until item is delivered to you return back to us following the normal return request process.

Merchant Fees:

  • All refunds including Credit Cards, Paypal are subject to a fixed 3.5% deduction fee. (This is implemented because of Paypal and Credit Card processing companies new policies on refunds where processing fees are not refunded anymore to the merchants.)
  • All Orders paid through 0% 4 Bi-weekly payment via paybright or any other service are subject to 5% cancellation fee.
  • All Financing orders through PayBight in Canada or Affirm/ Klarna in USA are subject to 10% cancellation fee. If you use any other financing methods we are unable to cancel financed order. We can only accept exchanges of products to similar value.

Damages and issues upon deliver: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (or no later than 7 days after item is delivered) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal wearable goods (such as helmets, safety gear, Brand merchandises, Hats, socks, hoodies etc). We also do not accept returns for Batteries, Controllers, Motors and any electronic part or accessory. Please reach us if you have any questions.

 Refunds Processing:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or otherwise.
  • Once refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any deductions or fees if applicable will deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from he date of approval and processing.
  • Refunds are only processed to the same method of payment they were originally paid.

 

By completing purchases through our website www.volted.shop customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions of Return / Refund, Exchange and all other policies.
